By accessing the k5777 Platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without an account, registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or contacting support — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and k5777:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how k5777 collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools available to manage your gambling activity.
• Any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Promotions page at the time a promotional offer is made available.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus promotion's terms, the bonus promotion's terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms prevail.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

k5777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Cashier page within your account dashboard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per 24-hour period are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. k5777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice to affected players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your Real Money Balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances of payment gateway delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact support with your bKash or Nagad transaction reference number for manual investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

k5777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before release:

• The account's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement attached to the balance must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily limit.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match a verified method previously used to deposit.

4.5 Matching Payment Methods

k5777 applies a matching payment principle: withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. If a matching withdrawal is not possible due to account closure or method unavailability, contact support to arrange an alternative verified method.

4.6 Transaction Fees

k5777 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction fees in accordance with their service terms. k5777 has no control over and is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by k5777 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions such as Eid or Pohela Boishakh specials — are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus credited to a k5777 account carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages by game type, and time limit are all stated on the individual promotion page. As a general guide:

• Slots and virtual games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, live game shows) typically contribute 10%–20%.
• Sports betting and cricket markets contribution percentages vary by promotion — check the specific terms.
• Some games may contribute 0% toward a specific promotion's wagering requirement even if those games are otherwise available on the platform.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the point of expiry will be removed from the account automatically. The expiry timer cannot be paused or extended.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

k5777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close associated accounts — where it determines, in its reasonable assessment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts; systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with statistically minimal variance; and coordinated play with other players to guarantee bonus conversion irrespective of game outcome.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible Bangladesh players only. k5777 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any player for any promotion at any time, including where it determines that a player's betting pattern is inconsistent with good-faith recreational play. Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits are not eligible to receive promotional offers during the period in which those restrictions are active.

6.1 General Obligations

By using the k5777 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful recreational gaming purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k5777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment details; impersonating another person; or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a conduit to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment reversal with your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) after placing bets with the deposited funds.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with game interfaces without genuine manual input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive game format available on the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform or in any game to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Minors: Allowing, encouraging, or facilitating any person under the age of 18 to access or use the Platform or your account.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where k5777 determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any one or more of the following actions: void the relevant bets; suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit the account balance; report the conduct to relevant authorities; and/or pursue civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your k5777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any active bonus balance and associated wagering requirements will be removed upon closure. Real Money Balance remaining after pending withdrawals are processed will be returned to your verified payment method.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated at the player's own request before the exclusion period expires. 7.3 Closure by k5777

k5777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• The account registration information is found to be materially false or incomplete.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose k5777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by k5777 due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at k5777's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct (e.g., platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), the Real Money Balance will be returned in full.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months. k5777 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be applied to dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, provided a balance exists. Accounts with a zero balance may be archived or closed after the dormancy period.

8.1 Platform Availability

k5777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond k5777's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, payment gateway downtime, or force majeure events). k5777 will not be liable for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from planned or unplanned Platform unavailability.

8.2 Betting and Gaming Outcomes

All sporting event outcomes and game results are determined by real-world events or certified RNG systems respectively and are entirely outside k5777's control. k5777 accepts no liability for the outcome of any bet placed on the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that you may lose the entire amount wagered.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity error, or display error that results in a bet being incorrectly priced, incorrectly settled, or incorrectly credited, k5777 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the player's Real Money Balance. k5777 is not obligated to honour winnings that resulted directly from a demonstrable technical error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of the bet.

8.4 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k5777's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

8.5 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and k5777 with respect to your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior representations, discussions, and arrangements. k5777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version, as published on this page with its effective date, is the binding version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
